Borut and I are bound by friendship and a love for restaurant life. As such, the idea is to share our knowledge to bring you, along with some kind of Ljubljana story, closer to the best restaurants it has to offer. When I say the best, I donʼt necessarily mean “high-end cuisine,” or Michelinʼs champions, and specialized slow foods. We wanted to offer a guide through the best restaurants where you will not be treated as a tourist, but served properly, and with the dishes that Borut, me, or any other Ljubljana local gets on a table. So, we present a selection of excellent places where hospitality is understood as a natural way of serving guests and guest experience comes before turnover.
